At Terroir Coffee Roasters, our name reflects our commitment to the 'terroir'— the environmental, and sometimes cultural, factors that give coffee its unique taste. We began our journey with beans from Nagaland, nestled in the Himalayas, and have since expanded to source coffees from diverse regions, each offering its own story and flavour profile.
Our roasting process is tailored to highlight the inherent qualities of each bean, ensuring that every cup you brew is a true representation of its origin.
